W Residences Abu Dhabi is a 37-storey residential tower on Al Maryah Island, developed by Taraf, the property arm of Yas Holding, with W Hotels (operated with Marriott International) as brand partner. It is the first W-branded residential project in Abu Dhabi. The announced homes are one to four-bedroom apartments, duplexes and a penthouse, all with Abu Dhabi skyline views.
The tower stands in Al Maryah Island's financial district, close to Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi Global Market and Cleveland Clinic. Reported amenities include a gym, a pool deck, a games room, a golf simulator and the W Hotels concierge service. Construction began in December 2024, with NSCC International appointed as contractor. Handover dates and unit availability change, so ask Hero Real Estate for the current position.
