Q Properties is the real estate development arm of Q Holding, an Abu Dhabi group established in 2005 and listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. In 2024 Q Holding completed its merger with ADNEC and Modon Properties, and the combined group became Modon Holding.
Q Properties' best-known project is Reem Hills on Al Reem Island, which Gulf News described as a Dh8 billion project when the first phase launched on 17 March 2022. The community includes parkland, schools, mosques, community and club buildings, retail and dining, and walking and cycling paths. In January 2024 the piling contract was awarded for six apartment buildings with one to three-bedroom homes and for three-bedroom townhouses.
