Burtville Developments is an Abu Dhabi residential developer with its head office at Bab Al Qasr Hotel on the Corniche. It describes its focus as premium, sustainable residential living. Its website lists twelve projects, including Ville 11 and Ville 12 and Garden Residence 65 and 66 in Masdar City, Residence 25 and 31 at Yas Bay, Canal View 22 and Sea View 51 at Al Raha Beach, and Royal Residence 28 and Beach Resort Residence 77 on Al Reem Island.
Gulf News reported in September 2026 that Burtville handed over Ville 11 at the entrance to Masdar City 14 months ahead of schedule. The community has 111 residences of two, three and four bedrooms in simplex, duplex and triplex layouts. Burtville said it plans to launch Bab Al Qasr Beach Resort Residence 77 on Al Reem Island.
