Nord, also written Nord Lifestyle Development, is an Abu Dhabi developer and a subsidiary of Goldfield Holding, with its head office at Landmark Tower. It builds premium residential and lifestyle communities.
Its HENGE Residences on Saadiyat Island is a Dh500 million project with 166 units, of which two are duplexes. Gulf News reported in April 2025 that completion is scheduled for Q1 2028.
