This new phase comprises 83 luxury villas featuring 4 and 5 bedrooms, with sizes ranging from 5,801 square feet to 7,384 square feet. The complex provides a choice of four luxury finishings with color schemes categorized as Cool Premium, Cool Standard, Warm Premium, and Warm Standard.

Potential buyers have the opportunity to select a villa with spacious living areas tailored to their specific requirements, as well as customize the style and layout based on individual preferences. The villa design incorporates key features such as high-performance soundproofing and glazing, a solar water heating system, LED lighting, roofing materials with high solar reflectivity, and the use of low-organic paint. In response to buyer feedback and current construction trends, it is proposed that each villa in The Dunes will include an office, and the kitchens will feature both wet and dry finishes.
