About Ramhan Island
Ramhan Island is a waterfront masterplan by Eagle Hills in Abu Dhabi. Eagle Hills describes more than 1,800 standalone waterfront villas, 900 marina residences, a 120-key hotel, 120 serviced residences, a 120-berth marina and a 1.7 km retail promenade, across about 4 million square metres of which 2.2 million square metres is developable land.
The island is released in communities, and the developer's masterplan lists 16 of them. The first launch in 2023 named Marine, Cove, Breeze and View, with villas of three to seven bedrooms. Arabian Business reported drive times of about 15 minutes to the airport and to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, 20 minutes to the Louvre Abu Dhabi and 8 minutes to Ferrari World. What each release contains, its handover date and its price differ from one source to another, so Hero Real Estate confirms the current details for each release on request.
