Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing property sales from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties based on their needs and budget.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on locations, prices, and features.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, developments, and property values in Abu Dhabi.
  • Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers to close deals successfully.
  • Ensure all documentation and legal formalities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain a client database using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through various channels (social media, online portals, events).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (required).
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
