Oasis Two by Reportage Properties

Reportage Properties has developed the Oasis Residences Two project, situated in the innovative Masdar City area of Abu Dhabi. This nine-story building comprises 304 residential units, offering a range of 1–3 bedroom apartments and duplexes with sizes varying from 475 sq. ft to 2,287 sq. ft.

Each apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, including cabinets, a refrigerator, a cooker, and a washing machine. Built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms and floors designed with stone or ceramic add to the unit’s features. The building is serviced by four spacious lifts, and residents’ comfort is ensured with central air conditioning and cooling systems.

Designed with a focus on environmental sustainability, the project incorporates the latest technology. The electricity is generated from its own solar panel station, and a distinctive wind tower constantly draws cooler air from the upper atmosphere and releases it onto the streets, contributing to lower temperatures in the mini city compared to nearby areas. The buildings are closely spaced, creating extensive shading, and a terracotta wall serves as protection against sandy air.
